The 4 th International Workshop on Graph Labeling (IWOGL 2008) hosted by Harbin Engineering University in cooperation with University of Ballarat will be held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, P.R.China on 7 – 10 January, 2008.

(2) It takes RMB ￥ 100 to Hong Kong Hotel by Taxi or RMB ￥ 2 0 to railway station by bus, if you arrive at Harbin by air.

The registration includes Workshop proceedings, lunches, morning and afternoon tea, welcome party, workshop dinner and excursions.

Accommodation ： about RMB ￥ 240 per room a day.
