Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management Association (ISCRAM Association) is an internationally active and growing group of researches, scholars, teachers, students, practitioners and policy makers actively involved in the topic of Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management. As a branch of ISCRAM, ISCRAM-CHINA was established in 2006.The ISCRAM-CHINA Conference aims to provide an outstanding opportunity for researchers, practitioners and policy makers to address ad discuss new trends and challenges in the area of Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management.
The Fifth International China Conference on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management (ISCRAM-CHINA 2011) will be held during November 25-27, 2011, at Harbin, China. Papers are invited that deal with any aspect of the design, development, deployment, operation or evaluation of the intelligent agents and multi-agent Information Systems for Crisis and Disaster, the collection, management, analyze, sharing or visualization on the Geographic Information Systems for Crisis and Disaster, we prefer methodologies and technologies related to solving the problems existing in the Emergency responsible and management. Meanwhile, contributions are invited that cover crisis management in any phase, intersection of phases, and/or integration of phases of Planning, Training, Response, Recovery and Assessment. This year the hot topic will content the Nuclear Safety Management and the earthquake crisis response and management.
Presently, preparations for the Conference is carried out smoothly, All papers will be evaluated and selected by the ISCRAM Association International Scientific Committee and will be published. The proceedings will be indexed by EI£¨978-1-4577-0366-9£©and ISTP (AHHP).
